You may remember the fascinating chapter about the Ink and Paint Department from David Johnson's manuscript The Life and Times of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs which I posted on the Disney History blog a few weeks ago.

David now has a blog and he has been posting more extracts from the book. I have a feeling you will enjoy it.

Dave de Caro runs two of the best sites about the history of Disneyland: Daveland Vintage and Current Disneyland Photo Index and Davelandblog. He has also helped transcribe countless interviews for Walt's People.

I owe him a public apology, since I forgot for the second time in a row to include those two great sites in the Additional Resources section of Walt's People. This will definitely be corrected in Volume 13!

This is slightly off-topic, but Adam Abraham, author of the definitive history of UPA has just launched a web site which is well worth the visit.

Jake Friedman, who is currently writing a biography of Art Babbitt has launched a blog, complete with rare photos of the Lake Norconian party (the infamous Snow White party) and pages from a diary wrote by Babbitt in 1942 (after the strike, unfortunately). Fascinating stuff!

There is an new blog in Italian which will be worth checking out from time to time: La Grotta del Fumetto.
