I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Lou Mongello on WDW Radio. Enjoy the podcast at this link!

Hi Didier! I just enjoyed listening to your interview with Lou. As ever, you showed just how diligent and talented you are about hunting out sources for first-hand information. The story of how the Milottes actually ended up filming the amount of info that went into Seal Island as well as The Alaskan Eskimo was really fleshed out. (First bath in two months?! Pregnant while they filmed?? Both of those were facts I certainly wasn't aware of, but it does illustrate the commitment required.) Always a treat to see you delving into another aspect of Disney history.

Particularly nice to hear you mention Le Journal de Mickey on the show as well. If I thought there was a big enough audience for it, I would love to see a deep dive on the history of Disney comics, US and foreign. Some artists have definitely been covered, and there have been really fascinating essays in hardback (and softcover) collections and I know fan publications like Der Donaldist have covered different aspects of the history abroad, but I'm thinking about the book that would tie all of that together and show the Disney fan who's not familiar with the comics and as well as the general public what they're missing out on. Pipe dream, eh?

Anyway, again it was great to hear you on Lou's show (I can't believe it has been ten plus years since the last time we met)! Much success with this latest book!
