From the Bob Cowan's collection, here is an old memo about a skiing trip with the "Disneyites". This probably happened in the '30s. I wonder if anyone has more info about this.
Interesting discoveries about Disney history, vintage Disneyana, Disney artwork, the Walt's People book series, and new books about Disney.

The mention of Buena Vista Blvd. makes me think the trip probably occurred after the move of the Studios to Burbank. In the 40es, March 2nd was a Sunday in 1941 and 1947...
Ciao,
Armando
You are right of course Armando. Once again I posted this too quickly (an ongoing issue this week).
As Armando said, March 2nd was a Sunday in 1941 and 1947 - within Walt's lifetime also in 1952 and 1958. There is no talk of Walt, though, and I have seen "Disneyites" documents from the late 50s through the 60s, so it could even be as late as 1969, I guess...
I appreciate everyone's work! I may send a note to Dave Smith to see when "Cowan" worked at the studio to narrow the time frame...
