While I was away I also received an email from my good friend JB Kaufman mentioning that his (and Russell Merritt's) latest book is finally available here for order.

This is a "must-have" as all of you know. I am hoping to receive it next week after returning to Madrid (after which I will post a review - which I already know will be extremely positive).
