Would one of you happen to own a copy of this rare 1943 booklet by Goodyear? I am conducting research on Disney's early educational projects and would love to get high resolution scans of this document. Please email me at didier.ghez@gmail.com if you can help.
Trust you're aware of "The Plastics Inventor", a short about the Duck making a plastic airplane -- think it includes the waffle iron gag. It's definitely not an educational film, and the results are hardly an endorsement for plastic. Was there some overlap between the staff doing the booklet and the toon's story men? Or perhaps the story men happened onto the booklet?
