Interesting photo of Walt, found on the site of the English Science & Society Picture Library. According to the caption it was shot on July 7, 1952 at a hotel in London by photographer A. Tanner. The woman on the left is supposed to be Walt's secretary. Is this Dolores Voght? Of course the other women on the photo (from left to right) are Diane, Sharon and Lillian.

Looks like Tommie Laurine Blount Wilck, secretary from 1958 to 1966. Walt referred to her as his “secretary of the exterior"
Wasn't Dolores a blonde? Looks more like Tommie Blount to me, but then she is down as starting work in 1958, so I suppose it can't be.
According to a posting by Mike Barrier on his page, Jan. 30, 2010, Walt and Lillian Disney, their daughters, Sharon and Diane and Lillian's niece, Marjorie Sewell Bowers, sailed from New York on the Queen Elizabeth on Tuesday, July 1, 1952. They arrived at Southampton on Sunday, July 6, and proceeded to the Dorchester Hotel in London.
I therefore assume that we see Marjorie Sewell Bowers on that photo.
Majorie starred in Clara Cleans her Teeth. The woman here looks like a much older version of "Clara" from that early movie (1926). There's a poor quality version of "Clara" on YouTube if you google it.
Marjorie is around 36 years on the photo from 1952. (In “Clara Cleans Her Teeth” (1926) she is around 10 years old.)
