Jim Korkis recently stumbled upon this music sheet, supposedly illustrated by Floyd Gottfredson.

It is not drawn by Gottfredson, but by Dick Moores and Al Taliaferro.
The illustastion is from a KFS Christmas Songbook, published in 1949.

It's indeed by Moores and Taliaferro. Notice that the orignal art was cut and Goofys arm was extended in the published piece.
The original art was also reproduced in a catalog featuring original comic art, published in Sweden a few years ago.
