If you already own Don Hahn's Dancing Corndogs in the Night or if you really only care about Disney History, then you probably do not need this book. If on the other hand you want to read quite a few very inspiring stories by one of the best of Disney's "good guys" this book is for you.

I have to admit that I am really not a fan of "self-help" books. But I enjoy Don Hahn and what he stands for very much, so I was very curious to read his new book. I knew it would not contain much about Disney history, but nevertheless I was not disappointed. Brainstorm is an easy read and it contains five or six very nice stories about Don's work on The Lion King, Who Framed Roger Rabbit and a few other Disney projects, which I had either never-read before or totally forgotten.

Don is indeed a good guy and I am privileged to know him.
I wished he was in charge of the Disney Feature Animation studio.
Interesting! I hope it's a reader friendly, we're all Disney fanatics around the house and love reading about and from the good guys that gives us a lot of great time, Lion King is a top fave, it would be interesting and great to know what goes behind it's creation.
Be careful though. There are not many stories in that book about Don's experience at Disney. If what you are looking for is a book about the making of The Lion King, but The Art of The Lion King.
Thank you for pointing out that this is a reprint of Dancing Corn Dogs In The Night. I enjoyed that book, but was disappointed after buying Brain Storm to discover that it is the same book with just updated pop culture references. This fact was not mentioned by the publisher.
