This just in from Howard Lowery:[I'm writing to inquire if you might recognize the fellows caricatured of two drawings by Bruce Bushman. The drawings are on Management Bond animation sheets with the peg holes trimmed away. It seems to me they were likely drawn at Disney in the 1940s. ]
Any idea? (I have a feeling that I should recognize the man, but can't remember from where).
Howard will be auctionning those drawings in the near future.

The top caricature looks like story man Homer Brightman to me. If you look at Disney Animation: The Illusion of Life on page 188, you'll see a photo of Brightman.
