I believe it is the first time I see this figurine of Jose Carioca (currently being sold on ebay). Any idea who the manufacturer might have been?

It seems a lost label was glued under the figuree. Anyway, wonderful piece, isn't is?
A similar piece is now on sale on Ebay. Bellow there's a mark saying just "Italy". Manufacturer still a mistery.
