This just in from Sasa Rakezic:

[Here is the cover of the satirical Serbian magazine Jez (Hedghog - pronounced "jezh"), published after Disney's death in 1966. As you can see it featured a drawing of Mickey Mouse crying, by Serbian cartoonist Dragan Rumencic. It is a similar idea as the (much more famous) cover of Paris Match!]

Dragan Rumencic is not a serbian cartoonist, he is a Croatian cartoonist living in serbia.
