I'm a relative of Joe Hale's, although I have never met him. Joe must have left Ky before I was born. He had corresponded with my father but through the last twenty years or so, our family has not heard from him. Regardless, I was wondering if Joe Hale is still alive. Thanks,

If it's any help, there was in fact a WWII Vet at our school today, named Joe Hale, speaking about his experiences, including working for Disney on over 120 films, So I'd have to say he's still alive.

If the Joe Hale your looking for is the same Joe Hale that was a Disney animator, then he is living in California in the San Diego county. He lives up the hill of one of my closest friends.
