[Regarding Walt Disney and DeMolay. Disney had one of his artists create an insignia for the Grand Council of the Order of DeMolay in March 1945. I do not have an image of the design, but my Disney WW II insignia database makes reference to the image as that of a "running turtle." The Disney Archives has a photograph of the design, which I saw there around 15 years ago while conducting research on war-era insignia.]
