It'll probably get there, eventually. A lot of my books are marked up and resold on eBay. But the book is available now via the many European Amazon sites, including Amazon Germany and Amazon UK (strangely, there doesn't seem to be an Amazon Denmark - amazon.dk redirects to amazon.uk):
