Today is a happy day. Michael Barrier has just released a massive interview with Wilfred Jackson on his blog, complete with some spectacular photos. Enjoy!
Way back in the fifties I was working on a television program for Walt Disney's "Disneyland." Wilfred Jackson was directing, having stepped down from feature films for health reasons. One day, I stepped into his office and immediately recognized him sitting quietly in a lounge chair. To kids like me, Jaxon was a Disney superstar and I nearly gasped in shock. However, he seemed very kind and gentle. I'll never forget that day.
