Here is a book I am really looking forward to picking up this week. No illustrations, unfortunately, for obvious reasons, but the text is bound to be fascinating. Way to go David!
Thanks for the publicity Didier. I appreciate your support. The text has been slightly updated in the print version but the changes are minor in nature. Added a couple of sentences here and there and fixed some spelling / syntax errors in the print version. The e-book text should be updated in the near future. Thanks again Didier.
Is the text in the paperback different from the text in the kindle edition (which does have images)?
