Moving is not always easy, especially when you have to carry so many books, magazines and DVDs. But it has its rewards, like finding forgotten gems, like this great article by Dave Smith released in the February 1985 issue of Starlog.
I was convinced this motion picture was going to happen. After all, Walt was excited about it. I would venture upstairs to check the progress on the third floor of the Animation Building. I remember Ed Penner and Joe Rinaldi working on the script and there were beautiful color scripts by the talented background painter, Art Riley.
Sadly, Rainbow Road to Oz never happened. What a movie it might have been.
