Here are a few drawings from Charlene Sundblad's collection. The two drawings below are sketches of Helen Hennesy. One by Ward Kimball, the other by Jesse March.
I believe the sketch above is by Kimball, also. I recognize Walt, Ham Luske and Kimball, but who is the man standing with the cigar. It's probably obvious but as I already mentioned I am very bad at recognizing faces, even more when they are caricatured.

To me the man with the cigar looks like Webb Smith.
I too think it's Webb Smith.
Bonjour Monsieur Ghez,
Je m'appelle Antoine Clarisse, l'auteur du blog The Art of Disney Animation.
Cordialement,
Antoine Clarisse.
Antoine Clarisse: Oui, mais il me faut votre adresse email!
My semi-educated guess is that the man with the cigar is Leopold Stokowski, and the occasion is a story conference for "Fantasia."
I believe that as Gunnar and Paula said it is Webb Smith.
Hmm... the hair looks like Stokowski's (as portrayed in other caricatures of him from the 30's and 40's), and there's also the record labeled "Beethoven" lying on the floor. So the scene here is, I think, the Maestro giving Walt and his men some ideas on how to interpret the "Pastoral" symphony.
As I say, just a semi-educated guess on my part— but I know a lot more about classical music than I do about animation.
PP's idea makes sense, and the drawing could easily be meant for either person - but the crinkly eyes make me go with Webb Smith.
Which makes it a far more personal dig - with the storyman's fancy
interpretation of the music disgusting Disney and his animators.
