Thanks to Tim Susanin, here are the first three pages of the article Growing Pains published in the magazine American Cinematographer in March, 1941. I will post the rest on Monday.
Thanks Didier, That's a great article ... and it's a shame that it hasn't been clipped out and passed down to every Disney CEO and/or chairman of the Disney studios since Walt's death. It says a great deal about Walt's relationship with Roy, with money in general, his interest in innovation and new technologies and his desire to deliver the very highest quality products to his audiences.
