JB Kaufman was kind enough to send me last week this great article from December 1939, originally published in Wilson Library Bulletin, page 292-293.I loved reading about the origins of the Disney library and even more so being able to identify its original staff members, including Helen Luwdig Hennesy. Was she the wife of Disney artist Hugh Hennesy?

Hugh Hennesy's second wife was Helen. They were together until his death in 1954. She passed away in May, 1995. His first wife, and mother of artist Dale Hennesy, was Bessie.
