ReplyDeleteI love the animation in these commercials and I was amazed to know that Mike Lah and Volus Jones animated them.
I met Volus years ago and he was a very kind man.
Were these animated at the Disney studio? As far as I know, Mike Lah and Volus Jones were not at Disney in 1957. I have heard these ads were farmed out and saw reference to a studio in Colorado Springs in a YouTube comment on this video (https://youtu.be/zKLrtPUm--s) but never had any leads beyond that.
